How to care for your Pelvic Floor Weights

Our BIEN Pelvic Floor Weights are made of medical grade silicone and are designed to progressively strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. To care for your Pelvic Floor Weights wash in warm water prior to use and use only water based intimate gel/lubricant. After removal, wash them again in warm water and dry, before storing them in a clean dry place or in the provided bag (out of reach of little hands!).

Do not use oil or silicone based lubricants. Only water based lubricants/gels should be used.
