Suggested Use:
- Apply BIEN Scar and Skin Oil liberally to your scar and surrounding tissue.
- Smooth End: Move the Scar Roller over the scar with firm pressure in three directions:
- Left to right
- Up and down
- Zig-zag across the scar
- Textured End: Once tolerable (after 30-60 seconds), repeat the same motions with the textured end for deeper stimulation.
- Massage Tool: Follow with broad, sweeping movements above and below the scar to reduce fluid buildup and promote circulation.
- Finish: Remove all excess oil and apply a BIEN Silicone Scar Strip for optimal results.
- Clean: Wipe the Scar Roller and Massage Tool with a damp cloth and store in the provided bag.
